What to watch and listen for
During a performance passage, follow the dancer while listening to the guitar. Replay one short moment and notice how movement and sound fit together. Then compare it with the guitar explanation.
Try this short practice
- Watch the whole excerpt once without playing. Keep your attention on the dancer and the sound together.
- Replay the movement described above. Listen to the accompaniment immediately before and after it.
- Choose one short passage to repeat. Describe what you can see and hear before trying to play along.
This exercise is about following a real performance. You do not need to reproduce every guitar note, and the excerpt does not teach a complete dance structure.
